- Assistant City Attorney Chassidy Barham, with the city attorney's office update:
- has applied for receivership for 1300 Gennessee, a trouble property, with a status conference scheduled for June.
- City Attorney's office has intervened on another problem drug house, with a status conference in October.
- 1298 East Hudson is a known drug house with a court case in
- One other property.
- Columbus Zoo and Aquarium passes are available for free from Columbus Metropolitan Library locations.
- Homeport has a new relationship with Elford, and Elford gave a presentation saying that they'd like to work with local subcontractors. Looks like the best way to get in contact is their website. They're also looking for apprentices and new hires.
- Homeport Mulby Place update: Construction starts in July? Signs on site fencing will have QR codes with a link to the property management company which will handle renting.
- Dontavius Jarrell, state rep, has updates on his projects:
- Linden Fresh Market update: they're finalizing their applications process, but will soon be able to start delivering food (TKTK check)
- May 3 election for statewide and local races
- Likely election date for districted events is August 2. This map moves North Linden to District 1; Linden up to 17th Avenue will be Dontavius Jarrell.
- Refreshed 311 website has faster turnaround and a better interface.
